What to put in the form
Your name, a phone number that reaches you, your ZIP code and a short description of what the door is doing. That is enough to start, and a street address is optional. If you have photos of the door, add up to three in the form. A picture of the spring above the opening, or of a panel pulled away from its track, usually tells us more than a paragraph can.
If you are not sure how to describe the fault, our symptom pages are written to be matched by sight and sound. Pick the closest one and say so. A door that will not close and an opener that runs while the door stays still point at different parts of the system, and knowing which one you have shortens the call.

What happens after you send it
We read what you sent and call you back, and the appointment is arranged on that call. We ask two or three questions, agree on what the visit is for, and settle a time with you. If your description already points at a likely cause, we say so before we drive out. If you do not want to wait for a call, phone us instead. We answer, and the appointment is arranged then and there.
We come out at the agreed time and inspect the whole door as one working system. You get a written price after the diagnosis, and that price holds. Nothing beyond what you have approved is carried out. Our technicians carry the common parts that normal garage door service calls for, so an approved repair can often be dealt with on the same visit. Whatever part goes on the door is recorded on the invoice with its specification, so you know what is on your house.
How the time gets agreed
There is no booking grid: the appointment is settled in conversation. A repair call and an estimate for a new door take different amounts of time, and the day moves as emergencies come in. A minute on the phone is what turns your description into a time that holds.
The inspection and the estimate are free
There is no fee that appears when you say no, and nothing to sign before we look at the door. You are welcome to take the estimate away and think about it. What affects the price explains why two doors on the same street can come to different numbers, and you can ask about financing if the work is larger than you had planned for.
If the door is not safe to leave
A snapped torsion spring and a door off its track are both dangerous. Do not try to lift the door by hand, do not pull on a loose cable, and keep people and cars out from under it. In that situation, call us and say that the door is not safe to leave. Both faults are covered under emergency garage door repair.
If you are here about a new door
Say so in the form and the visit changes shape. We measure the opening, look at the headroom and the way the drive sits, and talk about the elevation the door belongs to as well as the door itself. You can try a direction on your own house with the visualizer. Upload a photo of your frontage, choose a direction, and see it back on your own elevation. Then use the form here to ask for a free estimate. We work across Los Angeles County, and areas we cover sets out what changes from one part of it to the next. Contact has the number if you want to speak to us first.
